FGP will drive the transversal activities of the project, leading the coordination and dissemination Work Package, and will contribute to the Go-to-Market strategy by developing the value proposition. They will also support validation pilots on site.
CTM will lead the go-to-market study. They will perform the market analysi, lead the consortium through the IP protection process and manage the new start-up creation. In addition, they will develop the visual identity of the project and prepare the basic promotional material.
Due to its professional experience and the skills acquired during the previous phase of the project, PERNOSA has a good knowledge of the needs of the end users and the field requirements for the operation of drones. In addition, thanks to their mining background, they will support the technologists in the interpretation of the data. They will provide access to the pilot site (construction tunnel case study) and act as end users (service provider), leading the business case for the service provider case study.
VERTLINER will develop the UAS that includes hardware like the body frame, the motors, propellers, the battery, the main computer, relevant sensors (LiDAR, cameras, gas sensors) etc., and the software to enable capabilities of digital mapping, autonomous motion and path planning, and the data transfer to a Ground Control Station.. In addition, they will lead the business case configuration, specifically the mine business case, and will design the implementation plan and the commercialization strategy.
INSIGHIO will focus on the gas sensing and IoT technology development, embedded in the UAS. They will help VERTLINER choose the right gas sensors and they will develop the software behind it to enable connectivity, gas data collection and analysis of their concentration levels. In addition, INSIGHIO will lead the construction business case and the internationalization activities.
SMATSA will participate in the project as an end-user. They will help the consortium to define the needs of the customers, provide access to the pilot site (underground mine) and validate the product once it is delivered.
